I don't like the "would you recommend Mr. Tweet" pop up, and the auto tweet box of "I found @twittername via Mr. Tweet", so I generally don't click on the follow button on Mr. Tweet, but on the user and follow them directly. I didn't use any of the tweeting tools (I don't like advertising things) but I did write about a dozen recommendations. Very solid concept and execution.
