After "testing" so many twitter clients Itweet is still my favorite web based twitter program on the pc. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles others might have which are mostly adobe air based, and need a steep learning curve. But if you do not need those, and/or you are not using twitter like a marketing machine, then Itweet is a great tool. Also on Iphone it works good. I tried so many others, and still do, but I always come back to Itweet.
