Fantastic App. Took me a long time to find a Twitter Client that I liked. UNFORTUNATELY as of Dec 2009 development has ended. Unless someone else takes it over (the developer is not interested in releasing the code) it won't be long until other apps pass it. It's a damn shame. I loved it!

The only desktop app I'll ever use. Speedy, nice (customizable) interface, low footprint, all over perfect.

I used for a while. Good app. But the developer has said he is stopping development now (21 Dec 2009) for an unknown period.

Not much. It's free and all, and not laggy, but not packed with enough. Also, the title does not fit well.

This is easily the lightest Air-powered Twitter app I have ever seen. In fact, you will not even notice it's an Air app when you use it, since it won't be using up gobs of ram, and causing stuttering and lag. What is missing is multiple account support, but that is coming in 2.0. But I have found that it's perfect for a single personal account, while 'business' accounts are better handled by HootSuite.

Very good. Not the same as running Twitter on the web. A possible step backwards to the concept of the cloud. Great for tweetaholic's like me as notifications flash up while you're working.

DestryTweeter looks nice, but it has zero tolerance for non-Latin alphabets, so I have to try elsewhere.

Looks cool, love the skin option (especially designing your own!), easy to install and set-up, very easy to use and customise your preferences. Love it.

This app is the best twitter client based on AdobeAIR. The interface is the best ever known. Please try it. You never would use other.

So pretty and such a great UX, there is honestly no need to use anything else. It does everything you actually use on Twitter in a speedy, sensible interface.

DestroyTwitter has the right priorities. Pure function and no bloat. I also love how it can be navigated by just key strokes. I don't need to use the mouse for anything. Finally, Jonnie is the coolest developer you'll meet on Twitter. Follow him, it's mandatory for any DestroyTwitter user.

Hands down this is the cleanest and simplest powerful twitter apps. I've tried others and nothing compares to the aesthetic of DT. Other programs are too bulky and huge, but for novice and expert alike, DT is perfect. No complaints whatsoever. DOWNLOAD IT TODAY!

The Blows the others out of the water in terms of function to weight(runs at 50,000kb on my computer) Far better than tweetdeck, with Several fuctions that are needed and none of rarely used ones. Very streamlined. Multi-account support is all this needs and the creator has said that that is coming soon.

The only twitter client I've ever had to download and use! Absolutely great with memory usage, attractive, and perfect for me.

Light weight but not light on features. Sleek, small customizable. Jonnie is constantly updating it, adding features, improving features. Wonderful app by a committed developer.

Awesome Twitter client! I've used it for well over a year now & yes, I've tried every client that's currently available for PC. Super sleek & very low memory footprint. Love the theme customization and overall, really smooth and simple to use.

The best desktop twitter app out there for me.Although i would put the ever present Tweetdeck to 2nd I think DT is better organised,uses less memory and doesnt freez your computer and its better looking than TD(if thats importanat to someone :) ). It is one fantastically organised,lightweight app and I would suggest to anyone to try it---you will love it instantly! :) GREAT work DT team!
